Who we are

MockupAgentPro is a PixlMethod product. This policy covers the mockupagentpro.com website and the MockupAgentPro desktop app.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers, stored with our authentication provider (Supabase). One PixlMethod account works across ReadyPixl and MockupAgentPro.
• Contact messages: if you use the contact form, we receive the email address, subject, and message you submit.
• License and trial status: we store which account has an active trial or license so the desktop app can validate access.
• Website usage analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity records how you use mockupagentpro.com (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, session replays). This data is processed by Microsoft. See our Cookie Policy to change your choice.

What we do not collect

• Your design files and PSD mockups stay on your computer. The desktop app renders locally and does not upload your images.
• We do not run third-party advertising or sell personal data.

How we use data

Account data is used to sign you in, validate your trial or license, and respond to your messages. We keep data only as long as your account exists or as required by law.
